For the fans of natural skin-care we can suggest a couple autumn 100% natural masks. Of course there has not been any official scientific research into the efficacy of natural vegetable and fruit facials. However it is the fact that vegetables and fruits contain a lot of vital for the skin nutrients, vitamins and acids that can produce various effects when applied topically such as moisturizing, exfoliating, antioxidant, stimulating etc. The only condition to getting results from 100% natural skin treatments is that the masks have to be prepared right before the application as oterwise, when stored or frozen, they will loose their potency.
Many women around the world find the following masks beneficial for their skin and some of the recipes and ingredients have been used for many years and even centuries.
